OAuth Setup

Create developer credentials for CRM apps

Xkit uses your custom OAuth credentials to connect to your users' CRMs. This means that you have a direct relationship with both the user and the CRM - Xkit provides only technology and does not intermediate.

This also allows you to fully white-label the experience: your users will see that your app is asking for permission to access their CRM, not Xkit.

Each CRM's OAuth setup is unique and is covered below. In general, you will set up the CRM as an OAuth Provider in Xkit and add your Client ID and Secret to the configuration.
